ALL VENDORS MUST BE COMPLETELY SET UP BY 9:30 AND VEHICLES MOVED BY 9:00
MUST OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROAL FOR VEHICLE TO STAY WITH BOOTH!

WAIVER: By signing and submitting this application to the Battle of Byron, vendor indicates they have read the terms of the contract for Food, Amusement, or Art and Craft Booths and accept the full terms of the contract. I hereby make an application for booth space in the
2024 Battle of Byron Festival. In signing this application, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations previously set forth. I assume all risks associated with this event and hold harmless the Battle of Byron, the City of Byron, Peach County, the State of Georgia, its employees, agents, and volunteers. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of our acceptance of my entry. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors, their representatives, and successors, and any individual or group associated with this event from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, verbal or written agreements, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose, including publicity.

No fireworks, Narcotics, Nicotine, Alcohol or Weapons will be sold under any circumstances.
Only items listed on the Vendor Application will be permitted for sale. If non-listed items are brought, you will be asked to remove the items or you will be escorted or asked to leave the premises. All booths will be checked before the festival begins.
No festival souvenirs or apparel, including T-shirts, are to be sold.
(A). Vendors must register before setting up.
(B). Vendors must be set-up by 9:30 a.m. and only in the space assigned by the Battle of
Byron Committee. Please check in to the main office and a Battle of Byron representative will show you to your space. Vendors must remove vehicles from space by 9:00 a.m.
(C). Booths must be staffed at all times during festival hours.
(D). Booths should remain active until 5:00 p.m. All vendor items and possessions should be
removed from the festival site by 9:00 p.m.
(E). Vendors are responsible for providing any chairs, tents, tables, or other items required
for their use during the event.
(F). Booth space(s) are to be occupied by the business listed on the application. Allowing
another vendor to use your booth space will be cause for removal from the festival.
(G). The Festival Committee may terminate the booth rental agreement, with or without
cause, with no less than one-hour notice for any violations of this agreement.
All fees are due when your application has been approved. The Battle of Byron Festival Committee may choose to return your application and fee for several reasons: the booth spaces have all been assigned, too many of the same type of vendor, or inappropriate vendors for the venue. No refunds will be given after the application is submitted.
The vendor is responsible for any insurance to cover stolen or damaged goods. The organizers accept no responsibility for theft or damage of any vendor-owned items.
All trash will be properly picked up and disposed of in the proper receptacles on the property before leaving the booth. All boxes MUST be broken down before discarding. If your booth fails to pick up and dispose of their trash will receive a extra charge of $25.00
No items consisting of profanity, sexual content, offensive comments, etc. will be allowed.
I have read the above rules for the Battle of Byron Festival and agree to abide by the rules in their entirety.
